This is a model of a real Allentown, PA retail coal dealer’s facility.  There were some modifications and compression made for the convenience of the modeler.  Metal window and door castings are used in the attached office building.  The office can be placed as shown or attached to rear side of the building.  Signs are furnished, or you can, as with the coal mine kits use a company name that you are familiar with. LVM8C -  MACK COAL TRUCK is a good companion piece to this kit.  Footprint is 6 ½” x 12” or 8 ¾” x   9 ½” if you locate the office along the side of the building.  Height is 17 ¾”.
